Humane Education Tours and Presentations

    Humane Education Tours & Presentations

Small groups are invited to schedule visits of Humane Society of Weld County. These visits include a guided tour as well as a discussion on responsible pet care. While presentations are tailored towards the educational level of each group, typical topics include: the daily and veterinary care of companion animals, the importance of spay/neuter, and why animals end up at the shelter. Presentations will usually include pet interaction. Our program is offered to children ages 5 years and older.

    How to Schedule a Visit:   Call (970) 506-9550 x18

Tours are scheduled Tuesdays and Fridays 11am-2pm.

These tours and presentations are free, but donations are greatly appreciated.

Because of our space constraints we are only able to support groups of 20 or less.
Larger groups are welcome to host a presentation at their school.
